- Depth of Column - 12 3/4"
- Width of Page - 6 Columns Wide 10 " or 60 picas
- Single column width 1.576" / 9.5 picas;
2 columns - 3.2640" / 19.7 picas;
3 columns - 4.944" / 29.8 picas;
4 columns - 6.625" / 39.9 picas;
5 columns - 8.306" / 49.10 picas.
- Artwork To Be Received Friday Prior To Publishing Date
- Film Negatives Not Accepted
- Minimum Ad Size 4 Column Inches
FORMATS and APPLICATIONSPresently we support the following applications on the Macintosh
- Quark Express 3.31 to 7.0 (We Cannot Open Quark 3.31 with Pasteboard XT)
- Adobe Photo Shop CS 3
- Adobe Illustrator 8.0
(Note: You can use newer versions of these applications if saved as EPS files.
We will not be able to make any adjustments to these EPS files.)
Ads must be created in Quark, Photoshop or Illustrator and exported as .eps, .tiff, .pdf or .jpg files. We do not have Freehand, Pagemaker, Powerpoint or Corel Draw. Most programs have the ability to save artwork as an ".eps" file with a preview included. (You must first convert all text fonts to outlines and embed any .eps images. Please include any supporting files, such as photos and logos in .eps, .tiff or .jpg format. Logos and finished ads must be 300 dpi - 600 dpi in resolution.MEDIA REQUIREMENTSPlease include an actual size hard copy of your file and a directory of the file. This provides us with a back-up if we cannot output your disk. Please include all artwork, photos and fonts used in the file on the disk. All photos should be in either .eps or .tiff or .jpg format. All colors should be done in in CMYK format. If possible, please send files on the following digital media:

- Emailed files must conform to above guidelines. We accept .jpg, .eps, .pdf and .tiff files.
- Files must be flattened or fonts embedded before transmission.
- All files that include text (ie. completed ads) must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi, but not higher than 600 dpi.
- Photo only files should have a resolution of at least 150 dpi, but not higher than 300 dpi.
(Note: Web resolution of 72 dpi is not sufficient.)
