Noon - 1:00 pm: (Rooms 201, 202) Mandatory Atlantic City Indoor Race Drivers Meeting
2:30 - 3:30 pm: (Room 201) “The Basics of Racing” presented by Area Auto Racing News technical writer Sleepy Gomez: Building the car, selecting the right parts; and following the all-important safety rules
2:30 - 3:30 pm: (Room 202) Race Announcer Forum - A must for all track and organization announcers and racing radio show hosts. Shane Andrews will moderate this open forum. Topics include: General information to fans explaining facility, events and cars; making heroes and villians; nicknames, fun and games; when silence is golden; handling a bad situation; the use of music or theme songs; proper use of race and car sponsors and much more.
3:15 - 4:15 pm: (Room 202) Professional Auto Racing Photographer Workshop - Open discussion and a sharing of knowledge between racing photographers. Topics include the latest in equipment, digital photography, changes in the sport, the internet, etc. All photographers covering the Indoor Racing at Boardwalk Hall are urged to attend to discuss shooting locations. Tips will be given to help everyone get better photos inside the building. Hosted by photographers Bob Yurko and Dave Dalesandro.

11:45 - 12:45 pm: (Room 201) “Dirt Late Model Set-ups and Chassis Tuning” -- presented by Jim Bernheisel of Bernheisel Race Components/Lazer Chassis
11:45 - 12:45 pm: (Room 202) Set-up and General Preparation/Maintenance of Asphalt Modifieds: From “Tour-style” to “Crate” and “Sport Mod.” Presented by Matt Hirschman of Hirschman’s Speed Shop.
1:00 - 2:00 pm: (Room 201) “Safer Racer Tour” presented by Randy LaJoie of LaJoie Seating. He will cover racing safety in all divisions.
1:00 - 2:00 pm: (Room 202) Amateur Auto Racing Photographer Seminar - Get tips on getting better race track photographs. One lucky attendee will get a chance to take photos at the Ms. Motorsports competition at 4 p.m. up front with the professionals. Hosted by award winning photographer Bob Yurko.
2:00 - 4:00 pm: (Room 312) Quarter-Midgets of America (QMA) Region II Meeting (coordinated by Mark Tobey of QMA)
2:15 - 3:15 pm: (Room 201) “Stopping your Race Car” presented by Warren Gilliland. Known as “The Brakeman,” he shares his years of knowledge in a “don’t miss” presentation for drivers and teams involved in all types of race cars
2:15 - 3:15 pm: (Room 202) Race Track Public Relations/ Media Workshop -- Open discussion between racing writers/photographers and track/series Press Directors as to professionalism, credential usage, event coverage. Hosted by Lincoln, Pa., Speedway press director Wayne Harper.
3:30 - 4:30 pm: (Room 201) “The Basics of Race Team Sponsorship” - Presented by Ernie Saxton
3:30 - 4:30 pm: (Room 202) “Racepak Data Systems Data Acquistion.” Tim Anderson (CSI/Racepak Data Systems) will explain the Data Acquisition system, how it can benefit the performance of your race car and improve lap times.
4:45 - 5:45 pm: (Room 201) “Street Stock/4-cyl. Stock Car Chassis set-up, tires and general maintenance” - presented by Area Auto Racing News technical writer Sleepy Gomez
4:45 - 5:45 pm: (Room 202) “Legal Issues in Racing, and with the Racing Business” - Presented by Meri Van Blarcom-Gupko and Jim McCreedy of Wiley, Malehorn, Sirota and Raynes Attorneys.
