HARD CORE RACERS WILL FIND ONE STOP SHOPPING AT MOTORSPORTS 2012 SHOW OAKS, PA JANUARY 9, 2012. . . It’s quite possible, literally, to spend a day at the Motorsports 2012 Presented by VP’s SEF Small Engine Fuels Race Car and Trade Show and buy everything needed to put a turn-key race car on the track, maintain it, and tow it to speedway in style.
The three day show, January 20-21-22, covers all of the space available in the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks, PA and gives attendees the opportunity to see - and order - just about anything and everything imaginable in motorsports.
The Motorsports 2012 Show will have among its exhibitors, the three major dirt track Modified race car manufacturers, Bicknell Race Cars, Teo Pro, and Troyer Engineering. Would-be buyers will have the rare opportunity to shop and compare, side by side in a controlled setting, the virtues of each chassis and component parts.
Bernheisel Race Cars, the foremost dirt Late Model builder, and RTS, long considered the top Micro Sprint builder in the east will also showcase their newest, fastest, and safest and move innovative race cars and components.
Every race car needs a safe, well engineered seat; three manufacturers, Kirkey, Butlerbuilt and The Joie of Seating will have their newest, tested-tough pieces on view and available for immediate purchase.
Roush-Yates, Speed Equipment Corporation (SEC) and Kriner Racing Engines will be competing for the under-the-hood dollars of racing consumers.
If your sector of the sport requires use of a carburetor, either Avanti or Island Performance can be of service.
Engines need to be cooled and a Calaman Racing Radiators is an essential element for a start-up or established race team. Durable belt drives are fundamental to maximizing performance and Jones Racing Products, an industry leader, will have their full product line on display at the Show.
Power is useless in a race car without getting the torque to the wheels. Racing rear end manufacturers DMI and Winters will be in competition for attention and sales. A KSE steering system is another essential, available at Motorsports 2012. VRP Shocks and Robison Racing Products offer products to enhance handing characteristics and provide a competitive advantage.
Once put in motion, two exhibiting companies, Wilwood and Performance Friction offer the products, backed by race-proven research, to slow the cars down.
No race car will far or fast without quality race fuels and without premium lubricants. VP, Insinger Performance and Viper Venom each offer the fuel to go fast. Joe Gibbs Racing, Brad Penn Lubricants, Lucas Oil and SPL Lubricants each provide the vital fluids needed to reduce friction in highly tuned engines.
And for tires, both American Racer and Hoosier will be on hand at Motorsports, wooing promoters and series organizers as much as competitors to give their brands a try.
Tires need to be mounted. Valken and Keiser, two of the industry leaders in competition wheel engineering, provide race teams options.
The safety conscious racer (and who isn’t?) can choose between Design 500, Hinchman or Velocita for a custom made fire suit.
Most, if not all of the racing specialty equipment on display at Motorsports 2012 is available in quantity throughout the racing season from five different retailer-exhibitors: Behrent’s Performance Warehouse, Hoffman Brothers Speed & Performance, A1 Racing Products, Pancho’s Speed Parts and Precise Racing Products.
There are other firms at Motorsports to fill a race team’s need for apparel - Bob Hilbert Sportswear, ASI and Awesome Racewear.
Getting to and from the races in style and with reliability is critical, given long distances traveled and loads carried. Trailer manufacturers Gold Rush, Haulmark, Cargo, and Car Mate offer those in the market choices over the spectrum of motorsports budgets.
Exhibiting trailer dealers G. Stone and Atlantic Coast offer additional product lines and opportunities.
Recreational vehicles, a necessary adjunct to a motorsports team on the move, are available for view from Dylan’s RV and Stoltzfus RV.
No team is whole without a professional appearing rig and car. Radical Designs, 4 Star Lettering, Nouse Graphics and Sharp Signs & Designs each are capable of creating, designing, printing and meeting sensitive customer deadlines.
Area Auto Racing News, a nationally distributed motorsports trade publication, will begin its 50th consecutive year of publication on January 3, 2012. The Trenton, NJ based publication will have limited run 50th Year commemorative t-shirts available at the booth when the ‘Best Of The Best’ are signing autographs and throughout the three days of the show. A special offer on Area Auto Racing News subscriptions will also be offered.
Young ladies are reminded that there is still time to register to be part of the annual BPG Racing Ms. Motorsports Pageant set for Saturday, January 21st. The winner walks off with $1,500 and other perks plus opportunities for personal appearances representing the Motorsports show.
Tim Hogue can provide those interested with all details on the show and send a complete color brochure that outlines all show details for those wanting to be exhibitors. There are very few display spaces available at this late date.
And it is not too late for race teams to be thinking about having their race car on display at the show. Contact Tim at 609.888.3618.
