Print out the booth order form, fill it in and mail to the address on the form along with your check or credit card number to hold your spot in the show!
Receive discount rates on your electric needs for the show. We must have the form and be paid in full by January 6th, 2012 for discount rates to apply. After that date, standard rates will apply and have to be paid for by credit card only at the B-Hall Entrance.
